• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

Your use of the mrgroup44 Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. mrgroup44 reserves the right to close any Account found to have been opened on the basis of false or misleading information, and to retain any balance in that Account in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

To access real-money services on mrgroup44, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mrgroup44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact mrgroup44 support immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. mrgroup44 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, mrgroup44 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request.

The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy (front and back) of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.

mrgroup44 accepts deposits via the following Supported Payment Methods: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) for most payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method; up to RM50,000 per transaction for DuitNow. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Processing time: Deposits via e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

All funds deposited into your mrgroup44 Account must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your mrgroup44 Account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification (Clause 6) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The Real Money Balance requested for withdrawal must not include any portion of Bonus Balance that has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Specific minimum and maximum amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal funds will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. mrgroup44 reserves the right to request additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.

mrgroup44 reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and to delay processing pending completion of those checks. Players will be notified if their withdrawal request is subject to such review.

mrgroup44 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Each promotional offer is intended for one Player per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Claiming the same offer multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• mrgroup44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to have abused promotions — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to eliminate risk — will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonus values and wagering multipliers are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) applies to qualifying deposits made via BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC and is credited automatically. Standard wagering requirements apply.

mrgroup44's VIP Program operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier progression, cashback rates, and associated benefits are determined by mrgroup44 at its sole discretion and may be updated periodically.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after a material event has occurred during a live match, will be voided.

• Mix Parlay bets are accepted subject to maximum payout limits stated in the sportsbook. One voided leg in a Mix Parlay does not automatically invalidate the entire parlay — the remaining legs continue as a reduced parlay.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mrgroup44 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one Player Account for the purpose of receiving duplicate bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.

mrgroup44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. mrgroup44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

mrgroup44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance in accordance with Clause 8.

mrgroup44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Prohibited Activities are suspected or confirmed.
• The Player's Account is subject to a chargeback or payment dispute.
• KYC documents provided are determined to be fraudulent or misleading.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gambling provisions.
• mrgroup44 is required to take such action by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or a court order.

In cases of Account closure that are not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Where Account closure is the result of breach of these Terms or Prohibited Activities, mrgroup44 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mrgroup44 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bonus offers or wagers will be cancelled upon closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mrgroup44 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mrgroup44's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
